Class Types
Chair Yoga
A class designed for those who find it difficult to get up from the floor, but still looking for the benefits of a yoga practice. Suitable for anyone with mobility limitations or looking for a gentler practice. We provide an instructional and safe space to learn and discover all aspects of yoga.
Vinyasa Flow
A dynamic yoga practice that links breath and movements. The class may also include pranayama, asana, and meditation.
Yin / Restorative
A calm mix of gentle asana, yin and restorative poses are supported by props, and is designed to release physical and mental tension.
Chill Flow
A relaxed, dynamic class with no advanced poses, this class goes at a slow pace and includes plenty of modifications for all ability levels. This class is perfect for beginners, pregnant women, or those who just want to chill.
