Class Types

Beginners

This class is for those new or returning to yoga. We provide an instructional and safe space to learn and discover all aspects of yoga.

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic yoga practice that links breath and movements. The class may also include pranayama, asana, and meditation.

Yin / Restorative

A calm mix of gentle asana, yin and restorative poses are supported by props, and is designed to release physical and mental tension.

Chill Flow

A relaxed, dynamic class with no advanced poses, this class goes at a slow pace and includes plenty of modifications for all ability levels. This class is perfect for beginners, pregnant women, or those who just want to chill.

Men Only

For the lads, we focus on all things blokes. No Sheilas allowed.
